Today’s writing prompt#
You volunteer with refugees and one family becomes very close to you. Years later, you discover that one family member was involved in terrorist activities, even if they claim to have left that life behind. You know where they are. You have the power to turn them in and stop potential future harm, or protect a family you’ve come to love. Write about the anguish of conflicting loyalties.
