You discover that your child has been secretly recording your private conversations and selling the audio to a gossip website. Countless private moments have been exploited for money. Your child claims they needed the money desperately and didn’t think about the violation. They seem emotionally detached about betraying your trust. You must decide whether this is a phase of bad judgment or a sign of something more troubling about who your child is becoming.
